John preparing the way of the Lord!

Reeds can grow as high as a small tree, when left wild and the reed has many uses from a cane to beat slaves, to building materials and other!

Since it is light and blows in the wind many people do not see its value and that is how they for generations considered the Prophets, but Jesus pointed out John as being different, he was the last of the theocratic prophets before the establishment of Ekklesia and he was to be heeded!

Those that did eventually would come to faith in Messiah, while all the rest like Israel in ancient times who rejected the truth and provoked God would be once more scattered, until Israel would be restored as a nation.

Trees cut down to be burned?

What stops believers today is the apathy to be lazy in failing to share Jesus and what He has done for us in buying us back to God through His blood as the final sacrifice for our sins!

No matter who we are as having faith we need to share it and we cannot stop telling the truth if we are really born-again since we know that if we do not what will happen to the dead wood?

No matter what are circumstances may be?

Much of the Middle-East has cancelled Christmas, but as believers in our hearts we cannot, but we must give thanks to God for sending to us His one and only son that we might be saved through Him!

The shepherds went to investigate the birth of the Messiah and they left praising God, at the joy that they were chosen for this moment!

Yesterday hundreds of believers died in Nigeria for celebrating Christmas, the many who survived will keep giving glory to Jesus for their salvation and we must too keep going, knowing that the world outside the Ekklesia is lost in their own conceptions of ideals, politics, falseness and other?

A tented Peoples!

May people do not understand that in times past many travellers lived in Tents?

We are told in the Holy Bible that Jabal was the first leader to live in tents. Genesis 4:20.

Abraham left in a train of animals wagons and tents to go by faith to the promised land and so many peoples have lived in tents or temporary shelters as well as caravan or covered wagons.

The tent is a feature throughout the scriptures, worth a good bible study for your self. Song of Songs 1:5.

And last of all the tent is mentioned in the book of Hebrews 11:9-10.

The tree of forbidden fruit and the tree with leaves that heal the nations.

Sin entered in to garden when Satan seduced Eve to eat and she lead Adam to break the rules leading to their banishment from Eden and at the end of the ages there is a tree with leaves for the healing of the nations!

God is for us and not against us, it is we who rebel against Him in the sinning and not seeking Him, now that Jesus has come and died for us shedding His blood to make the final atonement for our failings?
