Pentecost!
Carrying our own Fruit?
What kind of fruit are we making each day of our New Life with Jesus or is our tree, us not sharing our hope and faith in God.
Some of us may feel not good enough, others to proud to lover our selves, these are all deceptions of Satan to stop us and thus the tree withers and dies and is cast into the fire!
We are trees that produce fruit that is the fulness of the power of the Holy Spirit working in our lives, having little or no fear of people and the ways of the world, since we are free of all that crappy past, whatever it was?
Proverbs 11:30, Romans 11:16, Philippians 1:9-11, James 3:9-10.

Foxes have Holes?
The requirements for following Jesus!
Many Christian leaders today have lost the real meaning of the Gospel message, since wealth and comfort have replaced trust.
The insurance policy, the need to live in a fixed place hinder those in mission, while the building to worship in is also fixed and not mobile?
When the Jewish people were in the wilderness their Tabernacle was a mobile caravan, controlled by those appointed to be responsible for it!
Jesus gave this fact about Himself that He had no home, sometimes a guest, but then He had to move on! He told those sent out to take what they only needed and to be aware, they might be in his circumstances, much as the Apostle Paul would be later in his mission to Asia and Europe!
Matthew 8:20, Mark 6:8, Luke 9:56 (57-62).

The tree of Cursing!
An alternative Easter Account?
What took place on the cross/stake/tree could be termed the divine exchange, when Jesus took the full cursing of the Law of God onto His body for us, so that all who believe are set free from that curse!
Jesus was innocent and perfect as a human man, but He died with murderers and thus was classed with them and the ritualism of Judaism to their own Law, of which technically they had broken by their own hypocrisy!
This essential truth is one of several that Jesus fulfilled and that sets us free from the need of another to intercede for us, or that we are bound to go too?
Galatians 3:13, Deuteronomy 4:29, 21:22-23, John 19:31, Hebrews 9:23-28, 10:10. Revelation 3:20.

Samson and Esther!
People of Faith.
Samson in his day was perhaps considered to be unwise in his conduct, yet he always knew he was in Gods plan for the enemies of Israel!
Judges 13:1-5, 16:1-2, Hebrews 11:32.
Meanwhile in the book of Esther God is never mentioned, but what we learn from this young Jewish woman was she put faith into action at the right time and thus saved her race from being wiped out by one jealous man!
Esther 2:1-18, 9:13-32.
We can even mention the mention the Apostle Paul being warned not to go to Jerusalem by the Prophet Agabus, but Paul knew his destiny!
Acts 21:10-14.

Noah.
Building the Ark!
What do we discover about this man prior to the great flood, one that he was a carpenter and a designer and he with his sons had the ability to take a major construction build in world of of violence and hatred!
God commanded him to use gopher wood and pitch to make this giant ship, as the locals laughed at him.
This the one and only time that the Hebrew word Gopher is used in the whole of the Holy scriptures and many believe that it might be Cyprus wood, but we cannot be certain since all the trees of that world were crushed by the weight of the flood waters.
Genesis 6:14-19, 14.
After the flood we see the eight people were wanderers in the current Earth, but again we cannot be certain of their status in the world that was before?

Wanderers!
Being driven out of ones Home?
We live in a rough society today, and for some time, when many people feel they can no longer stay in their homes, such as council houses, flats and social housing due to intimidation and if they can afford a vehicle they will live in it to get some shut eye, while others just take to the streets joining others!
Wanderers if they can afford it will travel to places, where they feel accepted or are safe for a while, others just don’t return for a long time because they are not listened too or cannot mentally cope?
Being in this situation does not change ones faith, living in a settled place is proved wrong by the life of Jesus, who left home and travelled the Holy Lands, until He came to die and rise from the dead, outside the walls of the eternal city and Jerusalem, the capital of Israel!
Matthew 8:20, 15:29, Luke 9:58, John 1:36, 11:54.

Genesis to Revelation!
The tree of forbidden fruit and the tree with leaves that heal the nations.
Sin entered in to garden when Satan seduced Eve to eat and she lead Adam to break the rules leading to their banishment from Eden and at the end of the ages there is a tree with leaves for the healing of the nations!
God is for us and not against us, it is we who rebel against Him in the sinning and not seeking Him, now that Jesus has come and died for us shedding His blood to make the final atonement for our failings?
Genesis 2:16-17, 3:1-17, Ezekiel 47:11-12. Amos 5:4, John 3;3, 14-17, Romans 6:22-23, Revelation 22:2-4.

Nomads!
What is it to be born a Traveller?
Modern society in Europe and many other places despise the travelling communities and they are named as a dirty peoples, thieves, slave drivers, horse dealers and tax dodgers and many more vile things, without accounting for their own self failings?
But most of the world still have travelling peoples, Africa, the Muslim world, Mongolia and Siberia, if not Canada, Alaska and the Aboriginals of Australia and people spend money visiting them to experience their respective cultures and ignoring the ones on their doorstep?
So what does it mean under the tree, most travelling people try to be born under a tree and they like to also be buried in that same place, if it possible!
Genesis 18:4, 8, 1 Samuel 31:13, 1 Kings 19:4, Micah 4;4, John 1:48-50.
